- Fractional and interim People leader, executive coach, consultant, and keynote speaker, working with organizations across industries, with deep roots in AEC, manufacturing, and high growth tech
- 20+ years of executive People leadership, building functions from scratch and steering them through growth, change, and disruption
- Started in manufacturing and marketing, an internship at Gillette and high volume recruiting into HR coordination at Alloy Media + Marketing, before spending two decades building and leading People functions in AEC and construction tech
- Spent 16 years at Shawmut Design and Construction, a major AEC firm, leading regional People strategy and inclusion work across multiple markets
- Led DICE, Diversity in Construction and Engineering, a cross-industry cohort of AEC leaders working together to move DEI forward across the industry
- Built the People function at Assembly OSM, a Series B construction tech startup, as the company’s first People leader
- Coaches leaders at every level, first time managers to executives, trained in iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching methodology, helping leaders shift the blocks getting in their own way
