Our three-part academy focuses on building core inclusive leadership skills and competencies providing new/emerging leaders with the confidence and abilities to build a team culture founded on inclusion and belonging.

Moving from an individual contributor to a people leader requires a new set of skills and competencies. Yet too often new leaders are dropped into a new role without the development of those critical skills. This limits their ability to manage and set expectations, develop their teams, drive innovation and produce business results.

  • Eddie is an accomplished Association for Talent Development (ATD) certified coach and facilitator; certified in Ken Blanchard Leadership.
  • Over 17 years of experience in career, organizational learning and development, and leadership development.
  • Adept in curriculum development and delivery for in-person and virtual audiences as a presenter, facilitator, and speaker.
  • Expertise in:
    • Change and strategic management
    • People strategy
    • Succession planning
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming

Solomon Masala (he/him)

  • 30 years extensive field experience as a corporate trainer, professional facilitator, organizational development consultant, and trainer of facilitators.
  • An industry innovator with unique mastery in the areas of emotionally intelligent leadership, experiential learning and conflict resolution.
  • Former school administrator, author of multiple curricula and two experiential rhythm activity books.
  • Loved by clients for energetic sessions, engaging thought processes, and embodied learning.
  • Has studied West African and Brazilian percussion and performed in numerous ensembles for three decades.
