The Rising Women Leaders Academy is for emerging and early-career women who are stepping into leadership roles or preparing to take on more influence — often without the mentorship, support, or feedback needed to navigate that transition. Many women leaders enter these roles while balancing confidence with external expectations, facing bias or underrepresentation, and defining leadership on their own terms.

This four-session, live Zoom-based experience gives participants the tools, strategies, and community they need to lead with confidence and purpose. Through practical learning and peer connection, women strengthen their leadership voice, develop inclusive team practices, and build the confidence to coach others, make decisions, and communicate with impact.

Instead of navigating these challenges alone, participants gain the structure, support, and mindset needed to step into leadership with authenticity — and contribute meaningfully to their teams and organizations.
