Over the years we have seen so many changes in HR and Learning.
HR and L&D go back and forth from centralized functions under the same umbrella to decentralized functions and back again.
We have seen the personnel and staffing change to HR.
We have seen training move to learning and talent development focused on growth, development, and retention.
In the future we will see more changes and new jobs be created. It has been quite a winding road and will continue to twist and turn into the future.
