So much has happened in 2020 we are all ready to have it behind us.
In terms of learning and development, our function and responsibilities have been disrupted this year, and we have had to pivot tremendously.
We have had to think creatively and innovatively.
We have had to consider new and interesting ways to use technology, to reach virtual audiences, and create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization, where everyone feels they belong.
All of these changes are strategies we must consider and plan for in 2021.
