The Arrive. Academy is designed for new and emerging leaders (0-18 months) who are at the beginning of their leadership journey and need critical skills to successfully lead teams. Our three-part academy focuses on building core inclusive leadership skills and competencies providing new/emerging leaders with the confidence and abilities to build a team culture founded on inclusion and belonging. 

Moving from an individual contributor to a people leader requires a new set of skills and competencies. Yet too often new leaders are dropped into a new role without the development of those critical skills. This limits their ability to manage and set expectations, develop their teams, drive innovation and produce business results.

  • Eddie is an accomplished Association for Talent Development (ATD) certified coach and facilitator; certified in Ken Blanchard Leadership
  • Over 17 years of experience in career, organizational learning and development, and leadership development
  • Adept in curriculum development and delivery for in-person and virtual audiences as a presenter, facilitator, and speaker
  • Expertise in:
    • Change and strategic management
    • People strategy
    • Succession planning
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming

Solomon Masala (he/him)

  • Facilitator and trainer in the world of corporate culture and organizational development for over 30 years
  • Guides teams and individuals into more authentic, generative relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them
  • Pioneered processes designed to get teams to do what they really want by unleashing excellence and having an inspiring time doing it sustaining breakthrough learning for the long run
  • Enjoys studying and performing West African and Brazilian drumming, which he’s done for almost three decades
