Team Charter
A Team Charter brings clarity and alignment by capturing shared actions, roles, and goals. It enables teams to define success, outline individual responsibilities, and identify the core values guiding their work.
Culture Charter
A Culture Charter demonstrates a company’s commitment to building a safe, inclusive culture. It defines expectations for employees, sets a clear vision for organizational culture, and identifies values and behaviors that drive success. Leaders can use it to bring the culture to life and manage teams more effectively. We use this Charter format mostly for DEIB Councils and ERGs (we call them BERGs).

New Leader Assimilation:
New Leader Assimilation accelerates a leader’s adjustment to their role, enabling a smooth transition and early impact. This process prepares and empowers leaders to:
- Understand the team’s and organization’s culture, values, and goals.
- Build strong relationships and engage effectively with their new team.
- Communicate their direction and purpose clearly.
Teambuilding:
Our teambuilding off-sites provides teams the space to step away from daily routines, strengthen relationships, and enhance and foster communication and collaboration (Part of the 5 Effective C’s of Leadership). Through engaging exercises, meaningful discussions, and shared experiences, these off-sites:
- Build trust.
- Boost teamwork.
- Align teams around common goals.
